Changfu Chemical Colloidal Silica: Boosting the Shear and Corrosion Resistance of Aluminum Silver Powder

Enhancing Shear Resistance

Forming a Dense Protective Film: During the drying process, nanosilica sol forms a dense silica film that encapsulates aluminum silver powder particles, reducing direct contact and friction between particles. Under shear stress, this protective film can effectively disperse stress, preventing deformation or breakage of aluminum silver powder particles due to excessive friction, thereby improving shear resistance.
